This VerticalNet business has a ton of features - something for everyone.

DirectEmployers is essentially a consortium of large companies that have banded together to create a search engine which catalogs job postings from the sites of the member employers (ranging from Accenture to Xerox). Owned and managed by E-Recruiting Association, the site is quite valuable to the job seeker, who can easily sort and browse for jobs by location, employer or industry. E-Recruiting Association is a non-profit organization that the corporations join (in the process becoming member/owners) in order to get their corporate job listings in front of a wide audience, and to gain insight into corporate recruiting on the Internet in the form of benchmark studies and best practices reports created on behalf of the group. Good to know.

Job search has multiple useful criteria followed by a second page of criteria to further refine your search. Some criteria used: type of work, location, language, category, industry, etc.

Justpeople is an online headhunting service that allows employers to find and hire talented candidates.
