MBA Authority claims to have a massive database of employer information that they use to customize a "targeted" resume blast. Unlike many other services, this one is fee-based. You pay for each resume sent. On the flip side, they send actual paper resumes and cover letters. I have no idea if this service is any good or not, but if you use it please post your comments for the rest to read.

"The Global Workplace was developed from an analysis of the senior appointments marketplace. We spoke to alumni and employers to discover what they wanted. It soon became clear that we could offer a better, less intrusive and more dynamic service for senior positions.

This state-of-the-art website provides clear, straightforward access to generally unadvertised opportunities in local markets worldwide.

Our service offers outstanding benefits to both groups of users: alumni are able to access the innovative 'My Log' feature which builds up a private record of personal applications through the Global Workplace; and corporate users are offered an unparalleled opportunity to alert relevant individuals in the knowledge that they are targeting the world's most highly-trained business professionals. Please find out more about how the Global Workplace can help you."
