Axie
Axie is a free service which automatically seeks out newly listed websites that match your defined areas of interest. It does this by comparing the content of the Open Directory Project with the content of the prior week. Once new websites are discerned, they are matched to search criteria you specify in your account and the links are sent to you via email.
