StartupNetwork.com’s mission is to be the leading “human capital network” (i.e., an aggregator of high quality candidates and career opportunities) for high tech startups.
We offer two complementary services: The Job Exchange and the Founder’s Forum. The Job Exchange is the only online recruitment site dedicated to the high tech, pre-IPO industry that allows hiring managers to source candidates based on the job seeker’s risk tolerance and career goals. It is used to target mid-level management and technical positions.
The Founder’s Forum, launched February 2000 at Harvard Business School’s annual Cyberposium, is an executive search and networking service that helps speed formation of senior management teams and advisory boards for high tech startups. Members joining the Founder’s Forum have private access to online member profiles and career opportunities as well as scheduled networking events held each month in their local area (currently available only in Boston).
