The Korean author draws inspiration from his seven-year-old son to offer six lessons that managers would do well to apply now. Applying his son’s world view, the author reminds managers of the importance of setting clear goals, measuring appropriately, communicating well, sharing effectively, focussing on the present, and of accepting that they don’t know it all by “learning to forget.”
