Online forums can have a poor signal-to-noise ratio, but here experiences of strange glitches and editorial policies are shared with others in nearly real time, if you go for that sort of immediacy. An anonymous Google rep, GoogleGuy, has been supplemented with a new addition, AdWordsAdvisor. This adds spice and solid (if often limited) information.
