Claus Møller is the author of several books, including: Putting People First, Time Manager – the Key to Personal Effectiveness, Employeeship, A Complaint is a Gift, Be a Double Bagger and, most recently, Heart Work – Emotional Intelligence – Improving Personal and Organizational Effectiveness. Putting People First has sold more than two million copies worldwide. A Complaint is a Gift (co-authored with Janelle Barlow) features on the Amazon list of best-selling customer service books. Møller is also the founder and chairman of Time Manager International A/S, the largest provider of “soft” or people skills-related consulting in Europe.
