This is a very simplistic view of nonverbal communication skill. If we follow the receipe of mirroring the person in front of us, this would mean we’d have to shout if the other person does so…
Beside, the mirroring nonverbal attitude does not address issues such as using different postures to unlock defensive attitudes etc.
This article should be reworked completely, and is very unprofessional.
