NRF/Forrester Online Retail Index

The NRF/Forrester Online Retail Index “measures the growth of online shopping based on data collected from online shoppers.” You can download the graphics on the site in PowerPoint format or get the raw data in an Excel spreadsheet. Highlights are presented by date (for example, according to the March 29, 2001 update, total spending on online sales rose from $3 billion to $3.4 billion in February 200 and online consumers spent $19 more per person in February than in the previous month.)
