Toward a New Business Model

Authors contend that the current business model, which arose in the mills of Britain more than a century ago and has evolved ever since, is no longer sufficient for these times. They claim to propose a “new” business model (see comments).

  1. What I read wasn’t really a “new” business model but rather a clever re-packaging. There’s little that can really be argued against in the article (with the exception that their focus on knowledge and people is too narrow) but there is likewise nothing truly compelling. And that’s probably the biggest weakness of the article.
